We managed concept, design and production for BNSF to develop a leadership packet/ pocket folder/brochure to introduce their Leadership Insight: Assessment for Development program. The program helped identify a leader’s most important strengths and development needs; help the leader improve and provide BNSF with information to consider in a leader’s career development.
